Before scheduling, we screen each athlete to make sure we understand the injury, the sport, the goals, and whether our approach is the right fit.

We work best with athletes and families who are serious about getting back to sport, fixing the real problem, and returning stronger — not just chasing temporary pain relief.

If you’re looking for basic stretches, ice, and generic exercises, we may not be the right fit. Even dry needling, shockwave, IASTM and graston fall short of our goals.
