Anderson Performance Rehab

At Anderson Performance Rehab, we help athletes recover from tendonitis, overuse injuries, and sports-related pain so they can get back to training, competing, and winning. (Yes, we have a small obsession with winning and being the best!)

We work with athletes from youth sports all the way to senior competitive pickleball.  Whether you are an athlete dealing with Achilles tendonitis, patellar tendon pain, jumper’s knee, shoulder pain, elbow pain, tennis elbow, hip pain, knee pain, shin splints, or recurring muscle strains, our goal is simple:

Find the real reason the injury keeps happening — then build the athlete back stronger.

Most injury care focuses on pain relief, rest, stretching, or basic exercises. That may help temporarily, but it often fails to address the bigger issue: the athlete’s body is not absorbing, producing, or controlling force the way it should.

That’s where our approach is different.

We look at how the entire body works together — the feet, ankles, knees, hips, nervous system, movement patterns, strength, mobility, and training load.

Then we create a personalized rehab and performance plan designed to fix the brain, completely rebuild tissue tolerance and get you back to winning championships.

We don’t just want athletes to “feel better.”

We want them to run faster, jump higher, cut harder, throw stronger, move cleaner, and return to sport with a body that is more prepared than it was before the injury.

At Anderson Performance Rehab, we believe young athletes deserve more than generic rehab and that older coimpetitive athletes deserve something more.

This is sports injury rehab built for athletes who want to come back stronger.
