Add 3 to 6 Inches to Your Vertical in 8 Weeks Or Less — In‑Office Flywheel + ARPwave

ADD 3 to 6 INCHES TO YOUR VERTICAL IN 8 WEEKS — OR GET MONEY BACK.

The Anderson Performance 3-Inch Vertical Jump Challenge

8 Weeks. 9 In-Office Sessions. $600.

If you’re an athlete who knows you need to jump higher—but you’re tired of doing more squats, more box jumps, and more random “vertical jump workouts”—this program was built for you.

The goal is simple:

Improve your vertical jump by 3 to 6 inches in 8 weeks.

And if you improve by less than 3 inches, we prorate your refund based on how much improvement you actually achieved.

You don’t have to guess whether it worked.

We measure it.

3 to 6 INCHES CHANGES THE GAME.

Three inches doesn’t sound like much until you see what it means on the court.

For a volleyball player, 3 inches can mean:

  • Getting your head over the net instead of just your hands
  • Turning a power tip from up to pushing down
  • Reaching balls and buying you time to hit even when timing is off
  • Pressing over the net further to cover more area on your block
  • Having an approach touch that gets you playing time

For a basketball player, it can mean:

  • Finishing higher at the rim for easier finishes
  • Getting rebounds against taller atheltes (there is always someone taller)
  • Erasing shots off the backboard you couldn’t reach before
  • Maybe getting closer to your first dunk—or finally throwing one down in a game

But there’s another benefit athletes rarely talk about.

Confidence.

There is something different about walking into practice knowing you can jump higher than you could two months ago.

You feel more athletic.

But more importantly coaches and teammates notice the change.

THE PROBLEM WITH MOST VERTICAL JUMP PROGRAMS

Most jump programs give athletes more exercises.

More squats. More lunges.

More plyometrics. More box jumps.

More workouts.

But if simply doing more exercises automatically made you jump higher, every athlete who trained hard would have a great vertical.

They don’t.

The problem isn’t always effort.

The problem is that traditional training often fails to address how efficiently your nervous system can recruit muscle, produce force, and express that force quickly.

That’s why our program doesn’t look like another generic strength program.

In fact, we intentionally keep it extremely simple.

We use only two primary technologies:

EXXENTRIC FLYWHEEL TRAINING

and

ARPWAVE NEUROMUSCULAR TRAINING

That’s it.

No giant list of exercises.

No random workout-of-the-day.

No trying to turn you into a powerlifter with deadlifts and powercleans.

Every session is focused on one objective:

HELP YOU PRODUCE MORE USABLE FORCE WHEN YOU JUMP.

WHY FLYWHEEL TRAINING?

Traditional weights are limited by gravity.

Flywheel training is different.

Instead of simply lifting a weight up and down, the Exxentric flywheel stores energy as you accelerate it and then forces you to control that energy as it returns.

That gives us an extremely powerful combination of:

High-force concentric training

High-force eccentric loading

And that matters because jumping isn’t just about producing force.

Great jumpers also have to absorb force, reverse it, and redirect it explosively.

The flywheel gives us a way to train those qualities without simply piling more weight onto your back.

WHY ARPWAVE?

Here’s where the program gets different.

Your muscles don’t contract because they suddenly decide to work harder.

Your nervous system tells them to contract harder.

If that signal isn’t strong, coordinated, or efficient, you may not be expressing all of the strength you already have.

ARPwave training allows us to combine movement with high-level neuromuscular stimulation.

Instead of simply trying to make your muscles bigger…

We’re trying to improve how effectively you can use them.

That’s especially important for athletes.

Because the goal isn’t winning the leg press competition.

THE GOAL IS JUMPING HIGHER.

THE 8-WEEK VERTICAL JUMP CHALLENGE

Here’s exactly what you get:

VISIT #1 — BASELINE TESTING

We measure your starting vertical jump so there is no guessing.

You get a real number.

This becomes the number we’re trying to beat.

VISITS #2–8 — PERFORMANCE SESSIONS

Each visit combines our Exxentric flywheel training system with ARPwave neuromuscular training.

The goal is progressively improving your ability to recruit force and express it explosively.

VISIT #9 — FINAL TEST

At the end of eight weeks, we retest your vertical under the same testing conditions.

Then we compare the numbers.

No subjective grading.

No “you look more explosive.”

No guessing.

DID YOU JUMP HIGHER OR NOT?

THE GUARANTEE

We’re putting some our money behind our methods.

Our target is:

+3-6 INCHES IN 8 WEEKS.

If you gain 3 inches or more:

You crushed it.

If you gain less than 3 inches:

Your refund is prorated based on the amount of improvement below the 3-inch guarantee.

In other words…

We don’t want you paying full price for a result you didn’t receive.

That shifts some of the risk away from you and puts it on us.

THE INVESTMENT

You could spend months jumping from workout to workout…

Buying programs…

Watching YouTube videos…

Trying new exercises…

Adding more squats…

And still have no idea whether you’re actually becoming more explosive.

Or you can spend the next eight weeks working toward one clearly defined outcome.

8 WEEKS

9 OFFICE VISITS

EXXENTRIC FLYWHEEL + ARPWAVE

BASELINE + FINAL VERTICAL TESTING

3-INCH PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

TOTAL: $600

But the more important number is this:

+3-6″.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

This program is designed for athletes who are serious about becoming more explosive.

Especially:

Volleyball players who are recruited on their approach height.

Basketball players chasing their first dunk or a faster first step.

Athletes who feel strong but don’t feel explosive.

Athletes whose weight-room numbers have improved but whose vertical hasn’t. (this is how you capitalize on the work you have already done)

Athletes who are tired of guessing what they should train next.

And athletes who want an objective number they can chase for the next eight weeks.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

If you’re looking for a casual workout once in a while, this isn’t it.

If you aren’t willing to show up for your scheduled sessions, this isn’t it.

If you don’t care what your vertical actually measures, this probably isn’t it.

But if you’re competitive…

If an extra inch matters to you…

If you’ve ever hit a ball and thought,

“If I could just get a little higher…”

If you’ve ever barely missed a block…

Barely missed the rim…

Barely lost a game…

Then you already understand why 3 inches matters.

STOP GUESSING.

Eight weeks from now, one of two things can happen.

You can still be wondering what you need to do to jump higher…

Or you can walk back to the testing area and see a number you’ve never hit before.

Your next 3 inches start here.

FAQs — 8‑Week Vertical Jump Challenge (East Valley)

Where is the program located?

Anderson Performance Rehab is in Mesa, AZ, near Higley and Baseline which is easily accessible from Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, and the East Valley. Athletes typically drive 10–30 minutes for sessions.

How does the 3–6 inch guarantee work?

We test your vertical on Day 1 and again on Week 8.

  • 3+ inches gained: Boom! You fly higher. (We only offer this 1 time per year.)
  • Less than 3 inches: You receive a prorated refund based on the improvement you achieved. No guessing—just numbers, Essentially its $200 an inch. If you gain only 1′ you would get $400 back.

What happens if I miss a session?

You get 9 scheduled visits. Missing sessions reduces your results, but we allow rescheduling within the 8‑week window when possible.

How long is each session?

Sessions run 15–20 minutes and combine:

  • Exxentric flywheel training
  • ARPwave neuromuscular activation – short, targeted, and explosive training.

Is this good for volleyball players?

Yes—most of our athletes come from Aspire, Fear, Club One, Storm, EVJ, etc. We are closest to Highland High School but most Mesa Schools and Gilbert Schools can get here reasonably. Approach height improves quickly with neuromuscular efficiency training.

Is this good for basketball players?

Absolutely. Basketball athletes see improvements in:

  • First‑step explosiveness
  • Finishing at the rim
  • Rebounding, etc.

Is the program safe for younger athletes?

Yes. Flywheel training is self‑regulating, and ARPwave is neuromuscular, not heavy‑load based. Safe for athletes 12+ depending on maturity. Under age 12 we are happy to train, but we don’t offer a guarantee.

What makes this different from other jump programs?

Most programs add more exercises. We improve how your nervous system recruits force. The combination of Exxentric flywheel + ARPwave is uniquely effective for athletes who feel strong but not explosive.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Most athletes feel changes in explosiveness within 2–3 sessions. Measured improvements typically begin around Week 3–4.

Can I do this during club season?

Yes. Sessions are short and targeted. Soreness can occur, but is part of the jumping process. Athletes often complete the program in‑season.

How do you measure vertical jump?

We use consistent, repeatable testing:

  • Same surface
  • Same approach
  • Same measurement method Your improvement is real—not a measurement trick.

What if I already lift weights?

Perfect. This program amplifies the strength you already have. It doesn’t replace your training—it makes it more explosive.

Is this only for volleyball and basketball?

No. We also work with:

  • Track jumpers (high jump, triple jump, sprinters)
  • Pickleball athletes
  • Baseball players
  • Football skill positions
  • Gymnasts or anyone needing explosive lower‑body power benefits.

What ages do you accept?

Typically 12+, depending on maturity and training experience.

What if I don’t improve at all?

If you gain 0 inches, you receive the maximum prorated refund. We take on the risk—because we trust the system.

How do I get started?

Your first step is Baseline Testing. From there, you’re scheduled for your 8‑week progression.
